3. Aspects of legality
3.1 You are free to copy the shareware version as often as you like. You're free to give a copy of
the shareware version to anyone who wants it.

3.2 To copy 'Friends' and/or to give it to another people without the authority of the the author is
a violation against common laws and therefore prohibited. Those violation against the authors rights
(in or outside Germany) are subject to German laws.

A different casefit is to copy and pass on 'Friends' within the SHARE FAIR license. You are asked to make little use of this right.
It's forbidden to make a charges for a copy.

3.3 Because of the great variety to combine soft- with hardware, there can't be a guarantee of
the functionality of 'Friends' an a specific configuration. For the same reason, a prevention of damages to your system
cannot be guaranteed to 100 %.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DEVELOPERS INVOLVED AND/OR THEIR DISTRIBUTORS CAN'T CLAIMS FOR COMPENSATION
FOR ACTUAL OR SUPPOSED DAMAGES.

3.4 With the use of 'Friends' you declare, that You accept above conditions.
